UTDULR is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and strives to produce high-quality content that enriches the discourse on critical legal and policy issues.

Our Founders

Zachary Thomas

Zachary is a senior studying Finance, Accounting, and Political Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. A pre-law student with a strong background in financial analysis, capital markets, and public policy, Zachary's interests lie at the intersection of banking, real estate, and social impact. His diverse experiences span the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, KPMG, CBRE, and the UT System's prestigious Archer Fellowship Program, where he conducted policy and econometric research contributing to a Supreme Court proposed rule change that removed $49 billion in medical debt from consumer credit scores. As the Co-Founder and President of the UT Dallas Undergraduate Law Review, Zachary envisioned an organization that would bridge disciplines and empower students to explore the legal and policy dimensions of real-world issues. He has been instrumental in designing the Law Review's structure, curriculum, and editorial standards, ensuring that it serves not only as a platform for publication but also as a training ground for rigorous legal writing, critical thought, and civic discourse.

Nithya Eluri

Nithya is a senior majoring in Information Technology and Systems and minoring in Political Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Terry Scholar on the Pre-law track with a strong interest in the intersection of technology, policy, and justice. With formative experiences at West Monroe, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and 180 Degrees Consulting, Nithya has developed a passion for critical thinking, public service, and impactful leadership. As the Vice President and Co-Founder of the UT Dallas Undergraduate Law Review, she has played a pivotal role in launching and shaping the organization. It was incredibly important to her to help establish the Law Review not just as a publication, but as a platform to foster an academic atmosphere centered on rigorous discussion, intellectual curiosity, and thoughtful debate.
